with regards to my formatting of laptop.
i am so pissed off after switching on my laptop after i sent it to IT helpdesk.
I actually requested for a formatting of both C and D drives.
Who knows that after i switched on my laptop, EVERYTHING STILL LEFT INTACT!
OMG. I didnt know that formatting of the drives will leave everything there!
WHAT DOES FORMATTING DOES?!
Is my english that poor that he can actually hear wrongly?
FORMATTING = CONFIGURATION?
WTH..
Anyway, I had wrote a feedback to the IT helpdesk.
This feedback should be made within 7 days..lol.
I am human, i have my rights to comment on services.
Am i right? -.- so dont point fingers at me or put words into my mouth.
I hope theres some action taken for it.
I dont wish to entertain them. -.-
